What was the highlight of SBH Maxorata Resort

The resort met my expectation and overall has got good quality price. I would come back.

The location of the Resort was very good,5 minutes from the beach and shops nearby. Good buffet and variety of the food, however the quality of the food was not exeptional.

The room's cleaning service was quite unsatisfactory. Throughout the entire week of my stay, the floor was not cleaned even once, leaving sand from the beach scattered around. Additionally, despite placing a sign outside the room indicating that cleaning was permitted, no one entered to clean for two days during the week.

Moce food and amazing staff

The staff were amazing, very nice and helpful staff. Would highlight the staff from the restaurant who were very understandable and supportive with our two toddlers. Food was amazing too, specially the Italian part.

Not having a double bed and having two single beds wS not good. All the rest very good and clean.

Excellent hotel by the beach with great food

Great location - only a few minutes walk away from a lovely beach. Lots of shops on the doorstep too. The food was great - lots of variety every day.

Would have liked to have some tea/coffee/water available in the room. Would have also liked to have an iron available in the room rather than have to pay for it as a service.

Good base for Morro Jable - but bring your own water!

This large resort hotel occupies a great seafront location, yet you have to go around the back of the hotel to get in. Facilities are very good with a choice of pools, each with its own bar, there are games facilities and sports onsite too. The all-inclusive option is popular and provides more than enough food and drink options from the main restaurant - there are also two themed restaurants onsite. My room was comfortable and the pillows are lovely.

Some reception staff are great, others not very helpful, suggesting you come back the next morning when their shift is finished. I expect a 4* hotel in a location where tap water is unsafe to drink to provide bottled drinking water in the room. When I questioned this I was told I could obtain bottled water from the bar, yet when I asked the barman for water he told me I could buy some at the local supermarket - this did not meet with my expectations! Whilst the pillows are great, the bed toppers are a little uncomfortable

Fabulous holiday at Maxorata

I loved the food, reception area with the cat, the beautiful pools, the grounds and the super comfortable bed, powerful shower and the sunset views from my balcony.

Hardly anything I can think of. Maybe the coffee could have been better.

All in all, great hotel! Don’t pay too much attention to some previous bad reviews.

Clean room, very good food with plenty of selections, location close enough to the beach, lovely pools, especially eternity pool (I was even lucky enough to swim a couple of distances from one end of the pool to the other, with no other people in the pool at the time). We went to asian restaurant on friday - the food was great there aswell (but make sure to reserve the place well in advance!). We also liked the spanish dance show and kids loved mini disco. Decent cocktails at Bar salón. Guys from sport animation team (Jamal (?) and the other one with curly hair) - if I get it right, they are new, just started their position few days before our arrival.

- Crowded restaurant - it was sometimes difficult to get a free table if we came few minutes after the restaurant opened (especially for dinner at 6.30 P.M). Some days were crowded even for breakfast at 8.a.m already. Self service beer at the snack bar (the nearest to the pool) was “out of service” at the time we were there so from time to time there was a long line to wait to get a beer from the bar man. - Parking in front of hotel, by my opinion, needs some renovation (sandy, with some big holes, hard to drive and park on it).

Location and room size was excellent.

Buffet was OK. What really annoyed me was not being able to book the Tapas restaurant as we were told you had to book on a Monday but we stayed Tuesday to Tuesday so advance notice would have helped! Bed sheets were just tucked in and never changed
